I am an artist, designer and breathwork facilitator passionate about the mechanics behind the act of creation and the healing power of creative expression.

The majority of my work centers around investigating the Masculine and Feminine energetics latent in Nature so that we can better understand how to create, grow, and live by the laws of Nature. After having a creative awakening through breathwork, I now share on the therapeutic aspects of creative expression, the energetics of technology, and the fundamentals of geometry and structure to support one's journey towards wholeness.

MY JOURNEY

My search for truth began after experiencing my first identity collapse when I stopped playing Division 1 College Football back in 2010. It was a moment in time that birthed the question, “Who am I?”. Since then, I’ve been on an inward and outward journey in an attempt to answer that question.

I’ve gone from working in Technology Sales in Chicago to exploring the deep unconscious by way of facilitating breathwork around the world, to working in the fields of carpentry and construction in my home state of North Carolina where I now reside. I am eternally grateful for all of these experiences and everyone I have met on my path as they have all shaped me into who I am today.

Through all the ups and downs of life, this journey has shown me just how healing and transformative creative expression can be. It has also opened me to a deeper curiosity of understanding how the Feminine creative energy of the universe merges with the Masculine energy of structure and order to create everything we perceive in our reality.

My journey has given me the deepest trust and faith in the natural course of life experiences and has taught me that all of life is a co-creation with the Natural forces that breathes and connects us all.
