Our creative gifts come from painful experiences because it is in our painful experiences where the creative energy is stored and used for protection.
In each BREATH + CREATIVITY class we will journey with the breath to unlock our own unique creativity, then shift into a creative practice of your choice. Upon completion of the creative work session we will explore a different topic on the act of creation each month.
When we dissolve the blocks, our creativity becomes alive and flows how it was designed to flow.
In this masterclass we will explore the properties of the creative channel that we use to create in our lives. This will include discussions on creation vs consumption, friction and flow, how to direct attention, focus and how to keep the channel clear.
In this masterclass, we will look specifically at how we can work with the structure of numbers to support us in our creative endeavors and in our lives. Numbers serve as a Masculine support structure for creative energy, so learning how to work with them consciously will help us to create sustainably and consistently. This class will include discussions on why even numbers can help to stabilize our energy, how to work with time limits and how to work with number to contain our creative projects so that they can come to completion.
Geometry is the Masculine structure to which Nature grows to. In this class, we will unpack the fundamental aspects of the point, line, plane, circle, triangle and square to support the integrative process. You will leave this class with simple integrative practices using geometry to support your healing journey and your creative endeavors.
This class will dive deep into the fundamental Masculine properties found in Nature so that we may use them in our creative endeavors. We will discuss how to build energetic strength, stability, consistency, into our creative projects. We will also explore the core Masculine principle of simplicity and how to amplify the essence of what it is your are creating.
This masterclass on structure and flow will dive deep into working with both Feminine and Masculine energetics so that your creativity is supported, and not limited by the structures you create. You will leave this class with a clear understanding as to how these energetics work so that you can work with them throughout your life and creative endeavors.
This masterclass will explore the core feminine principles of movement, variety, and change to better understand how to bring more creative flow into our lives and creative projects. This will build on previous classes in the series so that there is a balance of both Masculine and Feminine energy into what we are creating.
This masterclass will go over specific art therapy practices and why they work on our journey of healing and transformation. Each practice will get into the essence of the Feminine and Masculine energetics that underly the practice so you understand how to work with them during phases of integration on your healing journey.
To complete the series, we will look at technology as a symbol for creation. This class will explore the similarities of technology and Nature and include lessons on what we can learn about ourselves by studying technology. We will also cover best practices when creating analog (without technology) and when creating digitally.
